Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Biopurr, you agree to the terms of our automatic refill policy outlined below.

Frequency & Amount

Your billing frequency depends on the subscription plan you chose at checkout:

  • 1 Bottle: billed and shipped every 4 weeks (about monthly)
  • 3 Bottles: billed and shipped every 12 weeks (about every 3 months)
  • 5 Bottles: billed and shipped every 20 weeks (about every 5 months)

Each charge will be for the subscription amount shown during checkout, which may include applicable taxes. Subscribers receive free shipping on every order, every time — no minimums, no thresholds.

If pricing changes, you'll be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before the new rate takes effect.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a Biopurr product, your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency listed above. Charges will continue indefinitely unless and until you cancel.

By subscribing, you authorize Biopurr to charge your saved payment method for each scheduled refill until you cancel through one of the methods below.

Subscriptions Are Optional

Adding a subscription is completely optional. You can purchase Biopurr as a one-time order at checkout without subscribing — no recurring charges will occur. Subscriptions can also be added, modified, or removed before completing checkout.

Confirmation

After subscribing, you'll receive an email confirming:

  • Your subscription plan and billing frequency
  • Your first order details
  • A link to manage your subscription
  • Instructions for canceling or modifying future shipments

If you don't see this email within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or email support@biopurr.com and we'll resend it.

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime through:

  • Your account dashboard — log in at biopurr.com to view your active subscription, change frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel
  • The cancellation link included in your subscription confirmation email
  • Emailing support@biopurr.com — include your full name and order number for faster processing

There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no retention-specialist friction. We give you full control.

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations requested closer to the billing date may not stop the next charge in time.

We recommend setting a reminder a few days before your billing date if you're considering changes.

What Happens at Renewal

Each scheduled refill automatically generates a new order on your billing date. This order is created in our system and queued for fulfillment immediately.

No Cancellation After an Order Is Created

Once a scheduled refill creates a new order, that order cannot be canceled, as it is immediately prepared for processing and shipment by our automated fulfillment center.

If you cancel after a new order has already been created:

  • The already-created order will still ship and be billed
  • No future orders will be created or charged
  • The shipped order is still covered by our 90-day guarantee — see the Refund Policy

Valid Orders

All orders generated after subscription registration are considered valid and final and will be processed and billed accordingly. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this recurring billing structure.

90-Day Guarantee Still Applies

Every shipment under a Biopurr subscription is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If your cat doesn't visibly improve after consistent daily use, we'll refund every cent of that shipment. See the Refund Policy for full details and requirements.

Skip, Pause, or Change

If you don't want to cancel entirely, you have flexibility:

  • Skip a shipment: Move your next refill back without canceling the subscription
  • Pause your subscription: Temporarily stop all future shipments and resume when you're ready
  • Change your frequency: Adjust to a different billing cadence (where available)
  • Switch plans: Upgrade or downgrade between the 1-bottle, 3-bottle, or 5-bottle plans
