Refund Policy

Our 90-Day Guarantee
If you've used Biopurr daily as directed for 90 days and your cat hasn't visibly improved, we'll refund you. Every cent.
No return shipping. No "must be unopened" rules. Just one thing we ask: actually use it. Biopurr only works when given consistently — 2 drops on your cat's wet food, every day, for the recommended period. If you've done that for the full 90 days and your cat still hasn't shown visible improvement, contact us and we'll refund every cent of your purchase.
We can stand behind this because we've seen what Biopurr does for cats when they take it daily. If it doesn't work for yours, you shouldn't pay for it.
What "used consistently" means:
- 2 drops daily on your cat's food (wet or dry)
- Starting within 2 weeks of receiving your order
- Continuing daily for at least 60 days within the 90-day window
- For multi-bottle orders or subscriptions: the bottle in active use during the guarantee window
We won't ask for a daily-use log or proof. We trust you. The clause exists so that if Biopurr sat unopened in a drawer for 89 days, the guarantee isn't the right remedy — but if you genuinely gave it a fair shot and your cat didn't improve, the refund is yours.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@biopurr.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address you used to place the order
- A short note about your cat's experience (optional, but helps us improve)
You do NOT need to return the bottle. Empty, half-used, or full — keep it, throw it out, give it to a friend. Whatever's easiest. The refund applies regardless.
We'll respond within 1–2 business days and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after that.
What's Covered
- The full purchase price of your Biopurr order, including any shipping fees you paid
- Subscription orders — each individual shipment is covered under the same 90-day window from its delivery date
- Multi-bottle bundles — the full bundle price refunds together
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, the bottle is leaking, or you received the wrong item:
- Email support@biopurr.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include a photo of the issue if possible
- We'll send a free replacement immediately — no return shipping required
Cancel or Change Your Order
Need to fix a typo in your shipping address? Change your bundle size? Cancel before shipment? Reach out fast — once an order enters our fulfillment center, we can't pull it back.
Time limits:
- Order changes: Email us within 24 hours of placing your order to modify items, quantity, or shipping address.
- Order cancellations: Email us within 12 hours of placing your order to cancel before it enters fulfillment. After fulfillment begins, the order can't be stopped — but you can still request a refund once it arrives (see the 90-day guarantee above).
- Subscription billing changes: To skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel an upcoming charge, make the change at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Changes made closer to billing may not catch the next charge in time.
To make any of these changes, email support@biopurr.com with your order number and what you need adjusted. We respond fast during business hours.
After shipping: If your order has already shipped, it can't be canceled — but you're still covered by the 90-day guarantee. See the refund process above.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Biopurr subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing support@biopurr.com. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no "talk to a retention specialist" friction.
- Already shipped orders at the time of cancellation are still eligible for the 90-day guarantee
- Pending orders (charged but not yet shipped) can be canceled and fully refunded before shipment, as long as cancellation is requested within the 12-hour window above
- Skip or pause options are also available if you just need a break
Promotional and Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional sales, bundle deals, or with discount codes are eligible for the 90-day guarantee at the price you paid. Promotional shipping discounts (e.g., free shipping for subscribers) are honored on the refund.
International Orders
Customers outside the United States are covered by the same 90-day guarantee. International shipping fees are also refunded if you request a return within the guarantee window. Currency conversion is processed at the rate in effect at the time of refund — small differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates.
Refund Processing Time
After we approve your refund request:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–7 business days
If your refund hasn't arrived after 14 business days, email support@biopurr.com and we'll track it down.
What Happens to Reviews After a Refund
If you've left a review and later receive a refund, your review stays published unless you ask us to remove it. We don't filter reviews based on refund status — honest feedback helps every cat parent make a better decision.
