Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Biopurr. Here's exactly how and when your order gets to you — no surprises, no fine print.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed
- Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed the next business day
- During high-volume periods (sales, new launches, holiday seasons), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll notify you by email if your order is affected.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, expected delivery times are:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–14 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom & 🇪🇺 Europe: 7–14 business days
- 🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- 🌏 Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Delivery times depend on your location, carrier, customs processing (for international orders), and factors outside our control. We do our best to keep these accurate but can't guarantee against weather delays, postal service issues, or holiday backlogs.
Shipping Rates
- Subscriptions: Free shipping on every order, every time. This is one of the perks of subscribing — no minimum, no threshold.
- One-time orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 4 business days of ordering, email support@biopurr.com and we'll track it down.
International Shipping
We ship Biopurr worldwide. A few things to know about international orders:
- Customs and import duties: Some countries charge import duties, customs fees, or taxes on imported goods. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are NOT included in your order total. Check your country's customs policy before ordering if you're unsure.
- Restricted countries: Certain countries have restrictions on importing supplements or probiotic products. If your order is held or rejected by customs in a country we can't legally ship to, we'll issue a full refund.
- Delivery times: International shipping can be unpredictable. Allow extra time, especially for first-time orders that may take longer in customs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package hasn't moved for more than 10 business days, email support@biopurr.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and ship you a free replacement if it doesn't turn up.
- Stolen after delivery (porch theft): We can't be responsible for packages stolen after they're marked delivered, but if it happens we'll work with you on a one-time goodwill replacement at our discretion. File a police report and email us — we'll do what we can.
- Damaged on arrival: If your bottle arrives leaking, broken, or damaged, email support@biopurr.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement immediately.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order:
- Before the order ships: Email support@biopurr.com ASAP with your order number and new address. We can usually update it if we catch it in time.
- After the order ships: We can't change the address mid-transit. You'll need to wait for delivery and either intercept the package or arrange forwarding with the carrier directly.
Subscription Shipping Schedule
If you subscribe, your shipping schedule depends on the plan you chose:
- 1 Bottle: ships every 4 weeks (about monthly)
- 3 Bottles: ships every 12 weeks (about every 3 months)
- 5 Bottles: ships every 20 weeks (about every 5 months)
You can adjust your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, or pause your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing support@biopurr.com.
