Cancel or Change Your Order
If you need to modify your order, please act quickly. Once it enters our fulfillment center, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
Time Limits
Order Changes
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to modify items, quantity, or shipping address. Email support@biopurr.com with your order number and what needs to change. The earlier you reach out, the better our chance of catching it before fulfillment.
Order Cancellations
We understand mistakes happen. You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped by our automated fulfillment center. Email support@biopurr.com with your order number and "CANCEL" in the subject line so we can flag it fast.
Recurring Subscriptions
For active subscriptions, any cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. Changes requested closer to billing may not catch the next charge in time. You can manage your subscription anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing support@biopurr.com.
After Shipping
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled mid-transit. You can still return it under our 90-day guarantee — see the Refund Policy for details.
How to Reach Us
For all cancellation requests, email support@biopurr.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used to place the order
- A clear note about what you're trying to change or cancel
We respond within business hours, Monday through Friday. For time-sensitive cancellations, emailing as soon as possible gives us the best chance of catching your order before it enters fulfillment.
Subscription Specifics
Canceling your subscription means no future shipments will be processed. If a shipment has already been triggered (charged or in fulfillment) when you cancel, that specific shipment may still ship — but no further charges will occur after your cancellation is processed.
